REGISTRATION PAYMENT
The Canadian Water Summit accepts VISA, MC & AMEX.
Payment by cheque can be requested by contacting registration@watersummit.ca
REGISTRATION RECEIPTS
Automatic receipts will be forwarded by email to the registrant when making a payment by credit card. For payments by cheque, an invoice can be requested by contacting registration@watersummit.ca
PAC - The Packaging Association is handling the event management of the Canadian Water Summit.
TAX EXEMPT
For those organizations that are tax exempt, please forward your tax exemption number, together with your organization’s name to registration@watersummit.ca. The registration coordinator will take off the tax and send you the appropriate invoice for payment.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE
- Registration deadline for the Canadian Water Summit is June 23, 2013 at 11:59pm MST. Those that want to register after this date, will have to contact registration@watersummit.ca
REGISTRATION REFUNDS & SUBSTITUTIONS
Requests for registration fee refunds received by June 14, 2013 will be processed less a $100.00 administration fee. No refunds for registration fees will be issued for requests received after June 14, 2013.
REGISTRATION SUBSTITUTIONS
Substitutions for conference registration are accepted until June 21, 2013 by contacting the registration coordinator in writing at registration@watersummit.ca
